REFUND POLICY
Opal Compass
Effective Date: 1/14/2026
Opal Compass is committed to providing intentional, high-quality coaching services. Because coaching is a time-based and experiential service, the following Refund Policy applies.
1. Coaching Sessions

Single Sessions:
Payment for individual coaching sessions is non-refundable once the session has occurred. -
Missed Sessions / No-Shows:
Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ notice are considered used and are non-refundable. -
Cancellations with Notice:
Sessions canceled with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
2. Coaching Packages & Programs

Coaching packages (including 4-session programs) are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

If a package is canceled before the first session, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees, at the discretion of Opal Compass.

Unused sessions must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase or they will expire.
3. Messaging Support

Messaging support is billed as a time-bound service and is non-refundable once the support period has begun.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused messaging time.
4. Early Termination
If a client chooses to end coaching early after services have begun:

Fees already paid are non-refundable

Coaching services simply conclude at the client’s request
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergency). Any approved refunds are at the sole discretion of Opal Compass.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Opal Compass directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks made in violation of this policy may result in termination of services.
7. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or participating in coaching services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
