Long before coaching became my profession, it was something I naturally gravitated toward - Listening, holding space, and helping friends navigate challenges, decisions, and moments of uncertainty.

My professional background is rooted in customer service - based roles, where I spent years developing the skills of empathy, active listening, and genuine human connection. Those experiences taught me how powerful it is to feel truly heard - and how clarity and trust can emerge when someone feels supported rather than judged.

I hold a bachelor's degree in business communication and a certificate of Marketing from Wilmington University, and I am a licensed Life Coach through Udemy. My education and experience allow me to blend practical communication skills with emotional awareness and personalized guidance.
